INDIVIDUAL THERAPY | DEVELOPMENTAL TRAUMA | LIFE TRANSITIONS
I am a pending Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern dedicated to providing compassionate, inclusive, and affirming care. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, identity development, and major life transitions. My work is trauma-informed and holistic, with the understanding that our mental health is deeply shaped by our relationships, lived experiences, and the larger systems around us.
I care deeply about creating therapeutic spaces where people feel seen, respected, and safe to be fully themselves. I am especially passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ clients and supporting those affected by systemic oppression, racial injustice, and intergenerational trauma. I also integrate awareness of the mind-body connection, using somatic techniques to help clients feel more grounded, connected, and present in their healing process.
My counseling style is rooted in humanistic and existential approaches, and I believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each person’s unique story. I aim to walk alongside clients as they deepen self-understanding, reclaim their voice, and build lives that feel more authentic, resilient, and connected.
In June 2026, I will begin my Ph.D. in Counseling at Oregon State University. This next step reflects my ongoing commitment to deepening the care I offer clients and will continue to strengthen my clinical insight, expand my understanding of research and counselor development, and support me in offering therapy that is thoughtful, responsive, and grounded in both compassion and continued learning.
